John Allman- Owner & Founder
John began his career in the homebuilding industry as a framer, mastering the foundational skills that would later shape his approach to custom home construction. In the 1990s, he launched his own business with a vision to craft distinctive, high-quality homes tailored to each client's unique needs and lifestyle.
John is known for prioritizing relationships and working closely with homeowners to ensure the process is enjoyable and rewarding. His approachable style, attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation of delivering a quality home while building lasting relationships. He desires to deliver a warm and welcoming space for each homeowner.
Outside of work, John is an avid hunter who enjoys a front yard game of baseball with his grandkids and spending time with family.
Aaron Ballew- Project Manager
Aaron entered the custom homebuilding industry in 2009, beginning his career in framing and gaining a deep understanding of the entire construction process from the ground up. His passion for craftsmanship is matched by his curiosity for innovation- he continually explores new technologies and design trends to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to each project.
Aaron is hands-on throughout the building process, ensuring each home is built with precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail. His commitment to quality helps create a seamless and enjoyable experience for homeowners.
Outside of work, Aaron is a devoted Alabama football fan who enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and making the most of the great outdoors.
Hannah Ballew- Interior Designer & Administrative Assistant
Hannah grew up immered in the world of homebuilding, often visiting job sites alongside her dad, John. From a young age, she developed a deep appreciation for the construction process and the art of transforming a house into a home.
With a natural eye for design and a passion for creativity, Hannah focuses on delivering thoughtfully curated homes that reflect the unique personalitiesand lifestyles of the families who will live in them. She is committed to providing a personalized experience for each client to blend aesthetics and functionality to create beautiful livable spaces.
When she's not working, Hannah enjoys reading, baking and family time.
